As a way to improve the educational, food-nutritional service in the communities of Chancó, Corral de Piedra, and Salitrón, which are beneficiaries of the Benson Institute, the need was seen to adapt the graphic of the nutritional "Family Pot". The graph was prepared by the National Commission of Food Guides (CONGA), using the most consumed and available foods. For the study, consumption, availability and access of food in the communities under study were determined, and then the graph was made. The type of study was descriptive cross-sectional. To determine the sample, the four cardinal points were taken according to the methodology recommended by CONGA.Downloads
