A Light Begins to Glimpse, as a well-known saying goes, "There is no deadline that is not met, nor a date that is not reached," and it seems that the awakening of the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy has already arrived, with the logical uncertainty of the new.
If we retrospectively analyze the health conditions and working conditions of all those famous men whose successes made them imperishable in history, we find that most of them achieved them under unsatisfactory conditions and even poor physical health.
We must also recognize that most are "terrified of change" and therefore resist it, citing apparent justifications, which has led to the delay of development in some institutions. However, if those responsible for change base their projections on the experience of those who previously succeeded in the same fields of knowledge, we can be relatively certain of success.
