Health is a human right, so it is inherent and inalienable, however, in developing countries and less developed countries, comprehensive health care has become a benefit only for some families that have the purchasing power to afford comprehensive health care, in contrast, families that receive a lower monthly income cannot obtain the comprehensive health care services they need or pay for health care with the limited family budget, consequently these families face economic difficulties that translate into the inability to satisfy the basic needs of the family nucleus (Darrudi et al., 2022).
