The comparative method was a technique used for data analysis. Tabular sheets were designed and used, where the contents of each of the axes composed by policies and articles of the Constitution of the Republic, the Peace agreements and Human rights policy were uploaded.
A sheet of evaluation and implementation of a mathematical formula to quantify the percentages of axis in common with the framework documents was designed, with which was possible to measure die correspondence of the axes of the policy and the framework document. Among the most outstanding results is a “high” correspondence in the comparative analysis of die Food and Nutrition Security Policy and the Constitution of the republic, the Peace agreements and the Human Rights Policy. From the results ii is concluded that both, the Constitution of the Republic and the Peace Agreements considered important the Food and Nutrition Security in the country, but the prevalence of chronic malnutrition is high. It is considered necessary to update the state policies in accordance to the historic moment, recuing the right to life as a central issue for the maintenance of peace.
